To celebrate the 81st Liberation Day, a variety of events will be held at the Sejong National Arboretum to promote the history and value of the national flower, the Rose of Sharon. The arboretum will be open for free for four days from the 14th of next month (8th), which is the Liberation Day holiday, and will hold a Rose of Sharon sharing event for visitors on the day of Liberation Day. In addition, at the Sejong Arboretum's Rose of Sharon Garden, there are over 200 domestic and foreign varieties of Rose of Sharon in full bloom, including rosewood and hongdansim.
